What is the Water Works program?
Water Works is a highly flexible learning tool and can be used in two ways. Activities can be run by our in-house facilitators or you can choose to self-facilitate. Whichever you choose, we will set you up for success.
Facilitated Programs
When you commit to a facilitated program, you are engaging a professional facilitator who is familiar with what it takes to deliver a world-class event (big or small, virtual or face-to-face). The facilitator will hold a learning objectives meeting with you to discover your learning objectives for the session and create a specific activity plan to give you 100% confidence.
Our expert facilitators have experience with hundreds of programs and can support with the logistics you need for a successful event. Even if you have remote teams, the Water Works program still works well by including team members virtually with key roles.

Self-facilitated Programs
If you have experienced one our facilitated programs before and feel confident about trying a ‘do-it-yourself’ approach then it is very cost effective to purchase kits for self-facilitation.
Essentially, we provide all the materials required (and intellectual property) to ensure that you are set-up for success!
Your self-facilitation kit will include the following:
- ll materials required to assemble an emergency filtration system
- An artwork slate, and markers, with a unique tracking ID
- 3 Billion stories tracking instructions
- Facilitation manual and tools (including slides, videos, and training video)
- Optional water bottles available for purchase (as a memento for participants)

The purpose of our Facilitation Accreditation Program is to equip all attendees with the knowledge and skills required to facilitate the Water Works Program like a professional.
When you buy a self-facilitation kit, you already receive a facilitator guidebook and a helpdesk training video. The old adage that “..you can have the recipe but still NOT be a great chef..” definitely applies to our programs.
When you have your program delivered by an accredited facilitator you can rest assured that it will be delivered with expertise and that your attendees will achieve all of the learning objectives that you have set for them.
