Water Works Distributions

Nakivale Distribution February 2026

From 23 – 24 February, the Lifewater and Water Work team distributed 200 household filtration systems in the Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, located in the Kyegegwa District in Uganda. The systems donated at this distribution will serve approximately 759 individuals.

Previous Water Works Distributions

January 2026

From the 20 – 21 of January, the Lifewater and Water Work team distributed 203 household filtration systems in the Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, located in the Kyegegwa District in Uganda. The systems donated at this distribution will serve approximately 1,237 individuals

September 2025

Between September 17 and 19, 2025, Lifewater with funding from Water works programme successfully distributed 200 household water filter kits to persons of concern in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement. The activity was conducted in the following zones: Ndololire, Itambabiniga, Kyamagabo.

January 2025

The distribution began on January 21, supported by Lifewater UK Director, Roger London, Waterworks CEO Sue Langley, and David Miller. Sue and David, who are spearheading sponsorship efforts for refugee settlements in Uganda, made their first visit to witness Lifewater’s impact firsthand.
